Google Ads has added a new option (although I think Google has said this is coming) under the "add product source" section, where you can select how to add products to your Google Ads account. The option reads, "Use AI to add products - beta."
This option does a one-time scan of your website to automatically find products to add to your Google Ads campaigns.

Use Google's Al to automatically scan your website and add your products. It's the easiest way to get started and helps reduce errors from manual entry.
