LinkedIn Rollouts (5 🌊 ⤨ ⏳ ↑)
NEW LinkedIn Feature Rollouts usually follow a standard 5 🌊 Waves: ⤨ Randomized, ⏳Timed, & ↑ Increasing in Size, so that LinkedIn can evaluate, adjust, sometimes eliminate, and ultimately to reduce any negative impact, unpredicted loads or code collisions that might blow up the platform.
Historically, a clean rollout takes ~30 to 90 Days to complete but over the last few of years we have had rollouts that have taken over a year to complete, some never complete, and the feature is removed.

✰ [Download event recording] allows LinkedIn Live Event Hosts to download the video natively from LinkedIn. This feature is found after clicking on the event and within the Live Event Overview tab top center nav box.

▲ Post Search by (From member) has been restricted to up to 6 Members only. When 7+ Members are added within the (From member) filter the search results are not correlated to the filters.
Not sure why [in] doesn’t just stop people from adding more than 6 Members in the (From member) filter.
The issues of the (From members) not producing the consistent results was identified by Tony Restell early this month and at that tiem it had not affected my account yet. Last week that caught up to me, so I did some research into the code, then some proof testing, and what I found [in] did was limit the filter functionality up to 6 Members. At 7+ Members the process keeps the other facets (Post / Latest / Past 24 hours) but silently drops or fails the ‘fromMember’ facet, so you see posts from everyone.
You can still first 24 hours Post search by 1st Degree or by Who you follow without limitations.

✰ [Verified AI partner certification] allows Members to add verified proficiency in specific AI tools of an approved AI Certification partners within the [Licenses & certifications] section of their profile, with a clickable pop up box that may provide additional info about the certification.
These partners assess users’ skills based on actual usage patterns, product outcomes, or demonstrated performance within their platforms.
Partners currently include Descript, Lovable, Relay.app, & Replit.
